In Win98, it was MSCONFIG. What is it in Windows 2000 Professional?

Win2k dosen't come with msconfig.
You need to go here: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
Once you install it go into the control panel and there will be an icon that says startup. You can uncheck any programs under all the tabs then they won't startup on bootup.

You can also download msconfig from Windows XP (sorry can't remember where) and install it and it works just like it did in Win598
