GA-7VAXP Die????!!!!!!

I just wake up this morning and my computer was off, so I try to turn it on and nothing no activity, so I open the computer check the connections still the same, so I remove everything let only the memory, VC, cpu, and try, nothing, take out the memory and VC, not a single beep, remove the HS and apply termal paste again (no melted cpu or cracks), any idea???
I also see that the lights and fans flash for less than 2 sec when I try to turn on the computer....

My friend had the same problim with the same board. it just stopped going. it would start for a split second and thats was it, in the end we gave up and he sent it back to the place he got it from and got a replacement. I hope you can get yours going, good luck.
