My 2.4c is offically stuck at 3.0ghz. Currently its running at 5:4, 250fsb, 200mhz ram. Here's what I've tried so far:

3:2 ratio
oc'd with 1:1 to 215, didn't try any further
GAT settings at a,n,a,d,d
1 stick instead of dual channel
higher voltage (1.72)
higher agp voltage (1.65)
disabled HT
set ram to spd
used loose timings
set fsb to spd, psb 533, 667, and 800

I'm out of options. I really don't think its my ram anymore since with 1:1 ration I was able to run it at 1:1 with Gat settings at Street racer, n,a,d,d with timings of 2-3-2-6. Single channel didn't even work. Temps aren't an issue since I just upgraded to a sp94 w/ TTsf2. 3.0ghz is still a good overclock though........

how far did it go on 3:2? were u using loose timmings with this ratio? what kind of ram do you have? have and how much?

It doesn't even boot on 3:2 ratio, only 1:1 and 5:4. My ram is obviously overclockable since I was able to get it easily to 215 (430). I have Corsair XMS 3200 DDR 512 mb.

if its not booting on 3:2 then it sounds like you got a board issue. maybe try different ram slots?

Did that already, didn't work.

try raising your vdimm to 2.7
