constatnt reboots on NF-7 non-S

using tictac's D23 fire bios...was working fine but now i get constant reboots when trying to get into windows...goes thru standard post stuff but won't go into windows...can't go in in safe mode, even tho i can select it...reboot again...any ideas? alreadt tried resetting cmos, failsafe & optimized defaults, upping vcore and vdimm...waiting with the battery removed right now? is it my hd or windows? thanks all.

How are your PSU rails?

5V was/is at 5.2 or something like that...3V @ 3.34-35...12V @ 11.92 under load....

And how are your CPU temps?

38/44 load/idle....

Are you sure this isn't a standard Windows reboot problem?

Do you have images of your Windows partition?

If not did you try reformat/reinstall...

yeah, wound up reformatting/reinstalling...i meant to disable acpi or apic but forgot...whatever it is...i read you can get higher stable fsb with it disabled....oh well. at least i'm over the reboot problem...thanks all.
