SATA (hopefully with RAID), 400FSB, 8X AGP. No need for anything onboard (onboard NIC ok). 4 PCI.

Socket A/462 format. If its a red circuit board, that's a plus.

....any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Tom is a sell-out, but I still respect his opinion (is that an oxymoron or what?).

I am very tempted to go that route... thanks for the opinion, that board seems to fit perfectly to my needs.
