I've learned alot about overcloking cpus since i've bin here. I now have my system running better than ever!
On the other hand I have no knoledge basicly of video cards. How exsactly do you overclock them, Move jumpers around, change setings in bios on the mobo, download a program? And what should I watch for when doing it?. I have a GeForce 3 and a biostar motherboard M7MIA. I jut ran 3DMark03 and got like 800 something. Horrible when I compare them to what you guys have.

You can download Riva Tuner, then there are 2 things to overclock.
The core and the memory.
Raise the clock on the core by 5mhz at a time untill u get video artifacts or any other strange behavior.Sometimes ull get a decrease in performance before artifacting also.
Artifacts look like white dots all over the screen or weird colors and stuff.
Then back it down 10mhz and leave it there to be safe.
Repeat the same procedure with the memory after u find the limit on the core.
Run the memory tests with the new core clock so u can get the most accurate results on ur max overclock.
You can test each overclock using 3d mark2001 or any other intensive video program.
GL and come back for help if u need it.

Well, if ur game crashes, freezes or u get a reboot, it may or may not be overheating but if u get any of that stuff i would check to see.
Touch the card and if its too hot to keep ur finger on it for a couple of seconds, you need better cooling.
AT max overclock it really depends how long it will last but it shouldnt take that much life off it.
