Alright everyone, this is ridiculous. I've got a 512 mb 3200 XMS series corsair that has run up to 205mhz stable. Tested on memtest completely and prime95 forever. It ran very well for a long time, well over a year and a half. But now, my computer is unstable and I've checked speeds from 170mhz-205mhz and I get memtest errors on all of it, with differing ram timings as well. Did my stick go bad? Should I just buy some new ram? Thanks.

What voltage do you run your ram in? If you stayed within reasonable voltage, then just RMA the ram back to corsair, they have lifetime guarranty on RAM unless you removed the heatspreaders.
