If you use room temperature water to cool your cpu do you needto be worried about condensation? If not, how cold does the water have to be before it can start building condensation?

room temperature water will not cause condensation.
Codensation occurs when the water is below room temp, how much below depends on ambiant temp and humidity. It may be as little as a few degrees C if there is high humidity.I used to run peltiers but got tired of the insulation process, so i switched to plain water cooling with a radiator. My tbird 1100 is humming along at 1400 with 100% stability.
