What flags to use...

I've been reading here a little over the past few days and now I have some questions:

According to this (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=290300) thread it's safe to use the -forceSSE flag on AMD rigs without the -forceasm flag? Is this true? I've heard that -forceSSE causes instability. Also according to this (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=290482) thread it's also safe to take off the -advmethods flag? Why?

forcesse used to cause instability with an older core on AMDXP chips, but this has been solved and is no longer a problem.

i'd say right now all you need to have is the -forcesse unless you are running a dually or p4 HT.
