I meant PHASE CHANGE, this should be a sticky on how to build your own phase change. Haven't seen ONE tutorial on this...

good luck finding good information here. Besides, building a phase change system requires alot of tools (around $400 will get you well started) and knowledge (even need certification to handle most of the good refrigerants). But if you really wants to learn about it, try phasechange.com or xtremsystems.org , be warned, tons of reading to do if you ever want to learn the basic.
