I stumbled upon the website of Mosel Vitelic (http://www.moselvitelic.com) and while they have few products out on the market, some of the chips they have are amazing: DDR chips that can run at 183MHz at CAS 2 or the SDRAM that that can hit 225 MHz at CAS 2!!! Unfortunately I don't think that any module manufacturers are mass producing DIMMs with these chips.
