Can you control fan rpm in BIOS? NF7-S

Just wondering if you can set the fan to run at say, half of the regular speed, in the BIOS. That tornado is just way too loud and I don't see myself buying a fan controller anytime soon.

Nope, Im pretty sure theres no way to change the cpu fan's speed in bios. You could always 7V mod it if your temps will allow it.
 
No way to control any fan speed in the bios.

You'll just have to get used to the noise or get a rheostat/fan speed controller. I have a Delta 80cfm in one of my rigs and a 92mm Tornado in another one. Both have rheostats so I can turn down the rpm to a comfortable noise level.
