i just realized one of my old comps at work has this configuration. the ram clock is at 66mhz though. it's been running ok for years, but i still wonder if the system is taking a performance hit or something.

If your processor/MB supports 100Mhz, then you should be able to run it at 100Mhz.

I remember there were a few(maybe even just one) motherboards out that supported DDR and SDRAM. It sounds like you have something like that, crazy if you ask me.

Well if by performance hit you mean is the 128mb stick running at 133mhz, and the answer is no. It runs at the speed of the slowest stick.
