the memory test before posting

Usually the memory check finishes really fast but recently it's just sayed there and the memory test goes through the whole ram then starts over (loop). I have to press esc to skip it to continue posting.

My settings have been verified by 10 hours of memtest and 13 hours of prime95 with no errors.

What do you guys think the problem is?

theres a fast boot option in my bios that skips some tests. could that be it?

Well I checked the bios again just to be sure and sure enough I accidently disabled the quick boot :D. Thanks for the suggestion :)
