Best dual channel 1g ddr ram under $300? What would you buy at this point if you want performance, stability, and a little oc - but dont want anything thats a overkill?

I have 1g dual corsair xms pc3200 rams, which i dont think is matched.

rest is 2600mobile, abit nf7-s 2.0, antec true 430.
