2500+ vs 2600+. Help to clarify my doubt...

Will the same stepping and week of a 2600+ below work the same like a 2500+?

Below is the latest cpu offered by excaliberpc.
Since the spec is the same like 2500 except for the multiplier, will it overclock as well like it's brother at 2500+

Now... The 2600+ is actually *better* than a 2500+... ESPECIALLY with the mobiles.

So to anwser you question, yes it will perform like a 2500+M alright... 26ers in general are the very best chips money can buy.

Some pplz feel that they are significantally better than both the 2500+ and the 2400+ Mobile.

That extra 200mhz for the 2600+ vs. the 2500+ at stock volts gaurntees very good silicon.
