3200 or 3500 ???

Hi..Ok...I think I will buy some BH5 but I can't afford the 350+ for 1 gig so I will settle for 512. Just wonder if I should go with the 3200 or the 3500 black lvl 2??? I got a 2500M and planning to OC to its fullest;)...also, can you recommend the ideal DFI board for this job? I hear LP, infinity, and still confuse which is best. I kinda like the Raid thing, but as long that whichever board from the DFI is best for OC, I will buy it. Thanks.

Expect to pay about $150-170ish for a 512mb stick (or 2x256) of PC3500 levelII on ebay.

My experience is that most BH-5 will O/C about the same regardless of the speed rating, so if you can get the PC3200 level 2 cheaper, than that will probably the best bargain.
