Can BH5 (or any other RAM for that matter) go down to timings of 1? Like 1-1-1-5? If not (which I would think none can, otherwise I would have heard of it by now), why can't we go below timings of 2?

I have too, but I have also seen reviews that find 1 timings show no advantage over 2 timings.

I always thought for optimal performace on an AMD with BH-5 2-2-2-11 was the best or 2-2-2-6?

It depends on whether or not you have the NF2 chipset. If you do, then 11 is best (for most people), if not, 6 is (again, for most people).

If I recall my reading, the Iwill DVD-266u-RN (dualie on the kt266t) supported 1T and even 0T timings Could be fun to throw some BH-5 on one of those.
