Programs crash when computer gets hot?

I recently fixed the problem with my computer restarting because it got to hot but now when my computer gets like 47C-49C it causes my programs to crash. Why? Any info or advice would be appreciated.

Could you give us more info on your computer (i.e. mobo, CPU, RAM). Also, is that the CPU temp reading? What did you read it with?

Yeah, and what power supply do you have? Can you post your specs? Is it overclocked? If it is, then it's mostly likely instability and you should either decrease the overclock or increase the voltage.
