AnandTech has a feature on their site called RealTime Pricing. You click on it and it will update prices on ram and other major components such as cpu(s), mobo, and video cards. It will list all of them, not just the lowest priced one, with links to vendor sites and to product reviews, if there is one available. See below:

Many of the more established review sites have similar type features.

I already posted this info on another thread:
http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=291219

See below to get an idea of what has been happening.
http://www.dramexchange.com/default.asp
http://www.digitimes.com/Background...RAMeXchange.asp
http://www.simmtester.com/page/memory/memprice.asp

First is a news site with a link to DramExchange which handles the majority of global DRAM component (from foundries and fabs), 2nd is a best guess site for spot market for raw dram chips.

Hope this helps.
