Yeah, air is going to be more important than a passive heatsink on memory. Both would be ideal, but if you go with one or the other go with moving air.
 
Thanks for help.I think i`ll put some coolermaster alu ramsinks and 80/92 mm fan on it.
Water will be great.I`ll try to find some schemes and post it.
 
How good is the thermalpaste on Kingston heatsinks and others? I heard it is better to get some better quality thermalpaste (or whatever you want to call it) and do it yourself for better heat distrabution. What do you guys think
