How to cool BH-5

My corsair BH-5 works @ 3.44 v without heatspreader and its not that hot at touch.Should I put some ramsinks on it and some 40-50-60 mm fan?

I just had an 80mm fan blowing over mine at 3.3V and heat spreaders wouldn't hurt but aren't a must. The fan would be more important imo.

bare ram with air blowing across it has always worked for me.

Yeah, air is going to be more important than a passive heatsink on memory. Both would be ideal, but if you go with one or the other go with moving air.

Thanks for help.I think i`ll put some coolermaster alu ramsinks and 80/92 mm fan on it.
Water will be great.I`ll try to find some schemes and post it.

I've built several water coolers for ram, without many positive results. Mounting them and getting good contact to each chip is the biggest problem.

How good is the thermalpaste on Kingston heatsinks and others? I heard it is better to get some better quality thermalpaste (or whatever you want to call it) and do it yourself for better heat distrabution. What do you guys think
