How much does thermal paste help a64s?

Right now, at 303x7.5, my a64 gets to 50c load on stock hs W/O thermal paste and on 1.65v. How much would thermal paste help my temps?

Depening on alot of other things (how well things are making contact now and after, etc.). I would say some AS5 would probably yield 2-7C. It's very hard to say. Best to try if ya got time.

What MB are you running cuz your sig just says k8n pro, who makes it? Cuz I'm looking at replacing my ASUS KV8 Deluxe, the RAID controlers took a crap. Plus all I could get my FSB up to was 220, but then the video card didn't like it after 20-30 min and came up with an error.

I could go up MUCH higher if my ram wasnt so damned crappy
