stuck on a level on painkiller

Im stuck on the old monestary level in painkiller....its annoying me i have no idea what to do...I went into the big monestary on top of the hill and cleared everything...what the hell do i do now iv been everywhere...i got all the red stars i can find...if anyone has beat this level help me...
