Has anyone used this for CPU cooling before?

I was browsing around good ol' eBay today and I found this. It says it will lower a 100 galon aquarium by 10 degrees. If it has enough power it sure would be alot cheaper than getting a Mach II. Has anyone used one of these?

Then here is a peltier one. It says it can disipate 180 watts...That would be a the low side for overclocking.

I came across this also. It is only $340 USD. It says you can adjust it to keep it between 44-99 F which would be nice. Any thoughts would be great.

the prices of those are what would be the limiting factor.
a air conditioner will lower a whole room with the fishtank 20 degrees for 98.00

Yeah...I did a search of the forums and that is what most people said about them but I do like how it maintains a temp.

Those will work, a few people have used them and they are good. But they do not keep the temps that low.
