Case paint finishing help!

I cant find clearcoat here in the uk for the life of me :(, and the gloss black paint ive used is begining to scratch off.

Now the nearest thing i can find to clear coat paint is TurtleWax Paint Protecting Wax. Now im not sure if this is going to be any use.

If anyone is in the know of somewhere that sells protective layer spray paint / clear coat, please tell me :(

hrm, clear coat should be readily available in any hardware store.
