Can I physically disable my integrated video, so windows doesn't detect the crappy thing and try to install it upon every boot. I think when it shows up in the device manager as a "other" vga controller it causes problems with my tnt2. I've disabled it, but it doesn't solve any problems.

Check your mother board manual. There should either be a jumper setting, or a setting in the BIOS or both.

How hot should the TNT2 m64 32meg card get?? There is a certain part of the card's board that gets hotter than the heatsink! Sometimes I can barely touch it without getting burned. Is this normal?? Maybe thats why my system restarts. How can i fix it??
