Just got some KHX3000K2/1G (two 512meg sticks kit) from the deal at shop Kingston and these sticks have chips on both sides. By the way, the chips on my set are remarked Winbond BH-5 woohoo. You can find a link to the deal on one of the other Kingston posts and hopefully you can still get a gig for $195. Its a crap shoot for what chips will be on them though as Kingston used BH-5, BH-6, and CH-5 on these modules. The good news is they have a 30 day no questions asked return policy if your sticks don't test out good so you will only be out the shipping if you return them.
