Currently all Durons available to the general consumer are spitfire with the morgan only being available to the privilaged few. The reason you must need to do the pencil again is probably that you did not apply enough lead for a long term connection, you can create a permanent connection using 'de-fogger repair kit' which is used to repair the heated rear windows of motor vehicles and should be available from any good motor vehicle spares retailer. The maximum voltage available to the CPU is 1.85 v without completing motherboard modifications, its worth remembering that excessive voltage increases elctromigration of the silicon. Without modifying the mobo to increase the voltage most Durons will do a 200-250 mhz overclock providing you keep them cool (although the 600 and 700 Durons are an exception and will do a bit more) I would also suggest changing your cooler for a decent one before looking for more gains.
Remember to watch your tempratures

There is a report on the front of overclockers.com called Pencil Problems (http://www.overclockers.com/tips314/) which discuss the problems of unlocking the L1 bridges with a pencil and another called Bridging Those L1's With DeFogger Paint (http://www.overclockers.com/tips442/) which are worth a read and may answer your questions
