yeah it's the 400 Mhz, how many differnet ones are there?

Only the 400mhz one as far as I know.

There are two variants of 3200's. One is a 166 and one is a 200. The 166 is officially the highest-clocked platform for Socket 462.

what do you guys recon my chances of hitting 220 FBS are with PC3200 (400 MHz), 3200+ and my NF7S vers. 2 ???

I was referring to the FSB frequencies. There are two types of XP3200+--one has a 200MHz front side bus, the other a 166. The 166-version runs at a higher internal clock to justify it's 3200 rating.
It is the highest-clocked stock Socket 462 processor from AMD.
