khx pc4000

Hey guys i just found a nice deal on some khx pc4000. I was wondering if these run rated speeds. I was looking into a 3.0c and running a 250 1:1 someone tell me something good about this ram

its expensive, and if all u need is 250 mhz i would get some valueram with the bt-d43 chips . the ones i have tested ran at least 260-265. or maybe some adata pc4000 from newegg.(61.00) for 256/ 124.00 for 512
