just saw a review of the simpletech nitro pc4000 at the crucible.http://www.thecrucible.ca/
it is rated at pc4000 at 2.60v,which is pretty low and i was very impressed with its ability to overclock to 283 @2.65v. the reviewer said simpletech makes the chips but i was skeptical so i emailed simpletech and they replied that the chips are made and binned to their specs.(they wouldnt tell me who made them)
so i ordered a 256 stick from zipzoomfly. it wasnt cheap (85.00) however im interested in what chips they use. and if it responds to high voltage. its due in tommorow. so if anyone is interested ill
post what chips they use, and how fast it will go...
