Is Mem Timings Greater than FSB?

I have a question. Which would be more benificial to me, a FSB of 215 with mem timings of 2-3-3-11, or FSB of 185 with timings of 2-2-2-11?

This on ABIT nf7-s v2 with mobile athlon XP.

Out of those two, I'm pretty sure you'll get a better Sandra score with the 215. Real life performance I don't know.
