Different wintop values

I am getting aprox 80% usage and 20% usage on two different clients. Does anyone have any idea why they would be different? Usually it is divided evenly between the two or three clients, like 48 48 or 32 32 32. IHas anyone noticed if the different proteins that take longer use any different processor usage? :(

I have noticed the fact that one Client runs slow than another one. I run them one at a time and one is fast and the other is frigging slow.

I know different proteins run slower than others, but what about processor usage, in this case one was using four tumes as much as the other.

the same thing here one will finish in like 29 hours the other iwll in like 4 hours weird o well all i worry about is getting WU and giving them back

Mine is like that but running them at different time not as dual clients at once. My times are alot like that in the fact that their is a very broad range between the two clients.
