MP3 Catalogue software

Hey guys and gals,

I have about 3500+ MP3 songs on about 40 Cd's and what I am looking for is a program that will Import the song names, artists, etc. without importing the songs themselves.

I'm trying to catalog all my Mp3's so that I know where a particular song is (on what cd) and how many duplicates and other info.

Can you tell me what program you use, if any, to keep track of your MP3's?

I don't have a name but I did a search on CNet's site for a utility that would catalog the 11GB+ of programs I've collected over the years so I could make a searchable database for them and several MP3 indexers came up. Do a search using MP3 catalog or software catalog and something should come up. It did for me...

I have 11+ GB on my HD so I would like a nice database program. I know a guy who spends his life just downloading songs almost 40 GB to be exact. I don't think he even has time to listen to them, he just likes downloading I guess.

I guess I really wanted to know what program in particular that you use. Sometimes I get too wordy.
