you can increase the fsb through the bios if the jumper-mode is disabled. i think it's in the advanced settings or something like that.

Ok they way it works if your mobo has steepless freequency selection ablity....u can use a program like CPUFSB and change it by 1mhz err wrong u can change it by 0.1Mhz FSB well mine does it.....Asus A7V rev 1.01
when u do it make sure your mobo supports it or it will freeze up your computer instantly..good luck
Use the jumpers to change the Vcore and set the rest with the bios. The manual explains it pretty well.
Section 4.4(page 60) shows how to set the CPU multiplier and the CPU frequency, that's the FSB(front side buss) setting.
I've gone all the way to the limit of 166 but I don't recomend staying there.
Keep the Vcore as low as you can for the speed you want and the temps will stay down. I run 1.74 Vcore and right now at 9.5 multiplier and 145 FSB.
Let me know if I can help more!

When I set the Vcore by jumpers I had to set it on 1.675/1.7 to get a 1.775 in the BIOS/PC Probe, is it alright?
Yea, it's alright.
For some reason there is a discrepency in the way the Vcore voltage is detected. I just kinda ignore the last digit and call it 1.7 volts. My A7V did the same thing.
Were you able to step through the multipliers and CPU frequency(FSB) settings in the bios?
