twinmos ch-5 winbond 400mhz 3200 512mb ddr

My TwinMOS CH-5 is running 230 2-2-3-5/11, but I gotta feed'em lots of voltage, I'm running'em @ 3.3v

Suma.

cool cheers.... i seem to be unstable when o/c my ram high and lower multi... not sure why but u can see my spec underneath...
would 2.8 do it for just tightenin the timings...cheers

It could probably run CAS 2 with that voltage, but I doubt you could get the more important timing, tRCD, down to two without a lot of voltage.

In my experience CAS 2 is usually attainable with CH-5.

My cosair ram max stats tested so far is -

3,0v -- 2-5-3-2 -- 236fsb -- a-n-a-e-d

With some decent active cooling on them, i would bump up to 3.2v and really push the fsb, however they dont like 3:2 or 5:4 and although rated @ 2.5-6-3-3 they overclock the best @ 2-5-3-2. To get them to 2-5-2-2 i had to run 3.2v thru them @ 200fsb = not good.
