FInding my Ram Timing A Little help

Hey gents i would like to find my correct timing, so i may config it in the bio......

i am running PC3200 DDR 400

Rams Name is Infineoin

HYB250256800BT-5
evv40301 0406

I cant find the info at all ..............

Right now im running 2.5 3.0 3.0 8.0

And also any guesses in my max Mhz

As it is now at 230.7

Any help would be great............

Do you know what the brand name is your memory? You can try running Sandra, the Main Board section, and it will sometimes tell you the brand name and SPD timings for your memory. You can also setup the BIOS to run your memory at SPD timings and then use CPU-Z to see what the SPD timings are for your memory.

However, if your memory is stable at 230 MHz 2.5-3-3-8, then I wouldn't worry about relaxing them any. You might be able to tighten your memory timings some, but I doubt it with PC3200 already running at 230 MHz.
