Cooling with Dry Ice

How would you go about cooling with some dry Ice I'm trying to figure out if I could do this safely but I would need some help. Do you think that you would be able to just let the dry ice sit in there and have the surrounding air cool it off?

I'd put together a watercooling rig and make a 50/50 mixture of high quality anti-freeze. Then place the radiator in the dry-ice-chest. Insulate the tubing very well and the cpu socket itself.
