Whats with the stats?

I've been checking the stats and its all been really bad. It can't be because the servers are down because I can connect just fine. I even beat Stan at this last update. Whats up?

I think that all the units returned to server 99 are not being counted. check here (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/folding-at-home/message/5280)
