I just wanted to drop a note here that soon www.mwave.com should have OCZ PC-3200 Platinum Limited Edition back in stock.
BH-6 ICs on these ones.

Not really. Winbond produced BH5 and Bh6 roughly around the same time. Chip makers, however, predominantely sold BH5 chips in their higher end modules. At this point in time, the stockpile of BH5 chips is about 0. So BH6 has been used instead of BH5. It's just as capable as BH5, but usually requires more voltage to overclock as well as BH5.
