need help with AT powersupply=/

I have a 150 watt AT powersupply that I would like to run my fans off of

is there a way to do this?

I tryed to just turn it on and plug in the fans but nothing happend

do I have to do something else?

yes yes yes I know all about the switch

but it still doesnt work when you turn it on

well it works for like 1 sec and thin quits

dont you have to do something with the 5 pin?

or ground it somehow

guess its time to look for a new AT
