Well after a accident 3 years ago with my former watercooling setup, I have finally decided to take the plunge again. I cannot keep my 2500+ Mobile cool enough and really want to know how far I can take it b/c my SLK900u was not cutting it anymore. I am doing a big system mod but am showing my watercooling ATM. I will be adding additional WB's and prolly changing the CPU block in the next month.
But off we go to the components:
First up is my waterblock. I purchased a used Dtek TC4 AMD block w/ 1/2" barbs.

Next up is a picture of my 75$ pump !! :D Swiftech MCP6000 12vDC 1/2" pump

Last up is my Black Ice Extreme 120mm radiator. Featuring 1/2" barbs, with a Coolworks shroud with mounting hardware.

(That is a YS tech low profile 120mm fan. I will be throwing on a Panaflo here later tonight when I put my system together completely.)

So lets see what all this is going to fit into.........
Coolermaster Centurion Midtower (http://www.coolermaster.com.br/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=6&url_place=product&p_serial=CAC-T01&other_title=+CAC-T01+Centurion%201)
I would like you to note that there is only a 80mm intake and exhaust on this case.
Now that we have that out of the way we have to look at how we are going to fit a 120mm fan hole into the case. Any ideas guys? Ha too bad I already did my modding.
In this picture I took off the front bezel of the case and used the outline of a cd as my guide. The diameter is very close to that of a 120mm fan. But enough gargon.....here is some pics:
This is when I used my nibbler to get the main portion of metal out of the way.

Here is the final outcome of my 120mm fan intake for the radiator.

I will be taking temp pictures of the leak testing just to show some referense on how small the system is ending up being. Later tonight its going in my case !!

I'm interested... keep it coming.

Well here is some more stuff for you guys to look at.
Here is the testing phase:

And this one is of my attempt to clean up my wire mess inside my PC. I began with just the exhaust 80mm Panaflo L1A fan.

Well I have been still trying to work out all the air bubbles but there is a very small amount left. Here is my system temps after 14 hours of F@H.
CPU = 41*C
NB= 28*C (only has a Zalman NB heatsink)
2500+ Mobile AMD 1.55v @ 2.2ghz
This is with the radiator fan running at 5v, ambient temps are about 75*F. I have a feeling that my NF7-S CPU temps are reading a lil bit high. Just a couple degrees so I am going to have to purchase a temp probe or something for my system.
Stay tuned later tonight folks b/c I will have full system pics for everyone to see.

Damn 75C ambient temps.
Is your blood boiling yet? :)
Anywho, looks like a nice setup.

Ok I have a final pic of the setup in my system. I am not going to have the image viewed for here in the forums. The resolution for the picture is 640x480.

Very clean setup, might I reccomend some water additives/dye?

Looks great. Let us know what kind of temps you are getting. Also do not be disappointed with the temps you got from 1.55 vcore as watercooling only gets better the more vcore you give the processor than you will see the advantage. And in the future upgrading to a whitewater or rbx will also lower temps a little. But that is a great pump as i own one and it is also queit. Also adding a 38x120 fan will also yeild more performance but also more noise(you could 7 volt it and i bet it would still more more air than your current fan at 12v.).

Well I do plan on buying a new TBX when it is released and I am looking into if I have the room for a GPU cooler for my 9800pro. I have a cramped case but that is what I wanted.
I have a 120x38mm Panaflo U1A here but the screws that came with the Coolworks shroud are not long enough to fit on the Panaflo. It pumps out a lot more CFM than this YS Tech.
Also my fan controller just died today. Now I am stuck at 12v and can't control anything. Its still kinda of quiet though :(

I will be picking up some water dye when I purchase additional components for this system which will probably be in a month. Not sure which color but I am thinking something really odd in color.

So what makes that Swiftech pump worth $75? How much better is it than a Hydor or something similar?

I like this pump a lot. It is extremely quiet compared to my old Via Aqua and the 12v DC is what makes it take the bait. No extra cords hanging out the back or additional relays to buy.

Don't mind the voltage readings. They are way off cuz I tested with a multimeter already.

Very nice. Those Coolshrouds are cool. Very convenient for shrouding BIXs. Good sleeve job too. Green is cool.
Alacritan: The Swiftech pump has very good pressure/flow rate performance, better than the Eheim 1250 and Hydor L30 across the typical flow rate range we see as water coolers. Plus the fact that it's 12V makes it convenient.

Thank you. I put quite a bit of time trying to make this case look good but there is still room for improvement. :(

Well I thought I would add that I am picking up 2 coils of the Swiftech hose spirals. Ya know the ones that are there to prevent kinking. I got some really tight turns in my case and would really help out having this stuff.
Also I decided to ditch my abnoxiously loud YS tech 120mm and replace it with a Vantec Stealth. I couldn't find a Panaflo from where I bought the Swiftech coils so I said WTH. I will have pictures later on.
Oh, I am ordered a Maze4 GPU cooler for my 9800 Pro. Should quiet me down some more since I can dump the VGA Silencer.
