Ok i was wondering. Right now i have this crappy 500 watt psu from Compusa, and all my voltage rails are starting to dip down over the last 2 months tho im not sure if that is holding my overclock back.
Do ya think itll be worth to buy a new psu, or get a new Athlon 2600 Mobile.

New PSU...if the rails are dying...then a new CPU wont help since the rails wont be stable enough...a PSU is the heart of a systme...
If you have the money...the PC Cooling turbo 510 will run circles around that Antec...but it cost around 200.00 for it...but worth every penny...

No i can only spend about $130.
Iv called every store i nmy area no one had it cept this one place but thier like $20 more expensive the nonline, but im ganna buy fro them so i dont have to wait for shipping.
How is the Pc cooling better? can u explain more. Like what kinda ampage does it put off. Cuss the only Psu i could find that seemed decent was the Antec 550 cuss it had like 24amps on the 12v rail and everything else was higher then anything else.

The PC Cooling PSU hold the rails better then the antec...even with the adjustable pots...especailly when overclocking...it is all around the best PSU on the market right now...which is why it cost so much also...
Some of the most xtremem overclockers wont use anything but a PC Cooling PSU because they hold there rails so well...and put out clean voltage...clean voltage is better then high wattage...

Well the nIll save up for one of these psu's then. why do i keep seeing people say Sparkle is better ?
Anyway youre right tho, i checked on excaliberpc.com, they have the 510 model you mentioned its only $170 which isnt bad, and it puts of a max of 36Amps on the +!2v rail !!!, i know u said amps doesnt matter. You say this psu puts out clean voltage and holds its rails better, on top of that it has amazing Ampage.
I think ill buy this psu.
To double check this is the psu you mentioned right ?

my 510 deluxe is on its way. deluxe = black (nice in my black case), wires are wrapped, and pots are easier to access. the black color alone was worth $20 for me.

There is no difference...internally...from the turbo and deluxe turbo...the only diffence is the cosmetics of the PSU...
So if you dont have a window or care its not as pretty...save the 20.00 and get the regular turbo 510
If you would like some reassurance on your choice...

I'd reccomend the Antec TrueControl 550 for your budget. It's not nearly as good as the 510 Deluxe but it's only ~$100.
