I have a Antec True Power 430W, and I have notice that the air coming out of it is rather warm, and doesn't blow that strong. Should I be worried? Would talking of the fain gril help?

Unless it's a change from the past I wouldn't worry. PSU's generate A LOT of heat and slow moving air is just because the fan isn't very fast (unless it was faster before). But if it makes you feel better you could put a faster fan in there, but WARNING, PSUs can have VERY HIGH amounts of electricity left in them even hours after their last use (being plugged in... whatever) and it CAN KILL YOU if you touch the wrong thing... so remember that before you go and open one up.
Taking of the fan grill might make it quiter but probably wouldn't help anything else very much, I would leave it on unless you want to try to make it a little quiter (I have taken them off a lot of times before though).

yeah, to tell you the truth I don't know if it is blowing weaker, and yeah I thought about modding it but what stopped me was people telling horror stories here, The PSU is quiet enough, I don't understand how people can gripe about antecs being load, but whatever, thanks for the input

Ya, my worste PSU horror story is when I had my watercooling leak a little (I was being lazy) on a completely open (out of the PSU case) PSU in teh bottom of my case and zap, crack, go up in flames and take 3 harddrives and 2 CD drives with it. I have messed with powersupplies a lot and never had any thing go really bad (injuries), thats just a little warning to cleanse myself of responsibility:D
It's probably fine the way it is. (My Antec was loud :p and the fan changed speeds really offten so I always heard it wirrrr up and down and all around)
this (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=279397&highlight=what+fans+do+antec+use) thread explains what fans they use and why they dont push much air. i think i pulled my pics so ill post them for you (obviously i replaced mine). i didnt like the amount of air it was pushing out and felt i could sacrafice some noise for performance. so i replaced the stock fans with Panaflo fans. the only problem is the stock fans are a little less wide that normal fans (80x80x25 for example in a normal fan, its probably 80x80x24 in the psu). so you have to shave off some plastic. i can feel a lot more air coming out now and its a lot cooler....even helped my cpu temps, and it helped even more when i added a blowhole and removed the fans in the back of the case (they were pushing out the cool air coming in, so i took them out).

sorry i dont have any shots of whats inside the psu. it was an antec trueblue, but the blue LEDs were ****ing me off so i cut them out at the same time. like its been states, dont touch the wrong things. DONT TOUCH ANY CAPACITORS! (they look like a cylinder, or a can of soda, but smaller) only touch the fans, heatsinks and casing, you shouldnt need to touch anything else. you'll have to unplug the fans from their power connectors, and what i did was wire the fans in the psu out to my fan controller so i could controll the speed. if you want to do this, i suggest a high speed 80mm panaflo and a 92mm medium speed, this way you can have the max cooling with high noise when needed, but turn them down when you dont need the cooling or want the noise reduction. if you dont want to do this, get a low speed 92mm and a medium speed 80mm.
also, check out this (http://teamns.t35.com/mod.htm) guide

yeah I have that guide saved in my favorites, I guess I'm too much of a whimp to do it. I like the use of my arms and not potentially dying.

LOL! its really easy.....just dont touch any caps! only touch the fans and the heatsinks and the wires for the fans....unless your hands are really shakey or your a clutz, there shouldnt be much to worry about.
