Video IRQ's for Iwill KK266

I have a 12mb Monster 3D II card laying around and was wondering as to what PCI slot I could put it in. I have heard there are IRQ issues w/ certain slots and the AGP slot. Unfortunately I can't get into the KK266 FAQ site. Any help would be great.
