A friend of mine e-mailed them to me. I don't know how accurate this information is though.
2.8A = SL7E2 / SL7K9
2.8E = SL7E3
3.0E = SL7E4 / SL7KB
3.2E = SL7E5 / SL7KC
3.4E = SL7E6
(Socket 478 only please.)
I checked the Intel website, but they're not listed yet.
Thats correct:

Should be available real soon too...........

Bump.
Can anyone add to the list? I will be getting me a D0 core soon. The more s-codes I have, the better.
Intel website only lists two. I'd look for the 3.2E SL7KC. Thinking about getting one too.

Yeah I wonder why the 2.8 (800 FSB) and 3.0 aren't listed.
Batboy, didn't you have a 3.0 D0? Remember the stepping by chance?
It was a SL7E4 and I think the guy I got it from imported it from Europe or something.

There is also a 3.0E SL7KB (should be one in my rig today :)) and a 2.8E SL7KA, both on socket 478. They're not listed on Intel's site either.
[edit]
well looks like I'm out of luck this time... I ordered 1 stick of Adata and the SL7KB, but there's just the memory in the package. ah well :(
