Help is the ram holding me back in this system?

A64 3000+ @2100mhz
Its geil value ram DDR400 running at DDR420

if I try to push the fsb above 210 I lose stability.

SO far the voltage is stock Ive tried giving it more it didn't seem to help.

Is it the ram holding me back?

loosen timings to 3-4-4-11 and put the voltage to as high as it will go if it will not go any higher with them settings them nope most likely not

is their anyway that you can flash the bios on a motherbard to give you more overcclocking features that your chipset does support?

Not that I'm aware of. I've seen a few hacked BIOS's that allow slightly more control, but no additional features that would really allow you to O/C more.
