Assuming the 220watt pelt is rated for that voltage (most are) it should work fine.

wow that looks like a really nice power supply

just dont crank it up to 15a because youll be cutting it really close or drawing too much current.

try to keep it at 25amps at 8.8v

thats impossible. at 8.8 it wouldnt draw 25a, at 8.8v itll draw 12.7a

Current = Voltage/Resistance for future reference....

the resistance of a TEK is not constant though, It will change with the Voltage, Temperature, Thermal load, weather, mood..... You get my point.....But you can generally assume it to be constant to get a linear relationship between current and voltage, at least as a decent approximation....
