CPU Temp not low enough!

Ok, you can see my set up in my sig.

Now, my temp as of right now is CPU@45C and Case@41. My heatsink is a Thermaltake Xaser (it is not the newer ones).

Should my CPU temp be lower? I searched around the boards and I seen people that has the same temp with their stock heatsink.

What is the deal here?

we need more info, like wat ur ambient (room) temperature is, wat speeds/voltage ur running ur processor, if u used thermal grease, how u applied it, etc. wat kinda heatsink do u have, because the xaver is a case. wat kinda fans/air flow, etc etc.
