Two different Barton-M CPUs?

I'm going to run the CPU on a KT7A (Rev. 1.0) and I'm aiming for some good OC results. Which one should I buy? Thanks in advance!

This one:

Lower, (voltage wise) it runs at higher speeds. The better your chances of OC'ing.

definaly the:

it will be a much better O/C, has an unlocked multiplier, and for the most part will run cooler perclock than the other one because it will need less voltage to clock the same amount
